Card base is 5 1/4" x 8 1/2".
Score card at 4 1/4".
Measuring in 2" on one long side or the other (personal preference) - you will cut from 1 1/4" at the bottom to 6 1/4" at the top.
Score from the bottom on the 3 1/2" side of the cut at 1 1/4" - 2 1/4" - 3 1/4" - 6 1/4".  Fold as shown accordian style.
Panels for the large side should be no larger than 3 1/2" wide and for the short side no larger than 2" x 4 1/4". The back panel CAN be taller than 4 1/4" - but keep in mind that it will not fit into a standard envelope if that is the case.
This card can have many variations.
Try different dimensions - one of the samples below shows a little larger card with the "steps" in the center and a panel on each side.
You can have an image panel on the back on the large side that opens up - hiding perhaps invitation information, etc.
