Stickum Powder, Glitter, and Chipboard by Anita Scroggins
1. Â Using VersaMark, cover the chipboard pieces, making sure that you cover every little piece. Cover with Stickum Powder. Â In the photo above I have done this step and you can see the Stickum Powder on the chipboard.
 2.  Heat emboss.  The powder will turn shiny when done.
3. Immediately burnish the chipboard piece with glitter. Reheat to set. Opaque glitters work very well with this technique.  Semi-transparent glitters give a little less coverage and are almost see through, so inking the chipboard before embossing is necessary.
This technique can also be used on paper, wood, or pretty much anything else you would normally heat emboss. Â The punched paper strip above was burnished with Surf Glitter (G1117).
Flocking also works with this technique.
