Goody Box (Triangle Box) Tutorial by Keri Brown

1. Cut desired cardstock to 9” X 9”.

2. Score at 3” on all 4 sides creating 9 equally-sized squares.

3. Mark top and bottom of center squares at 4 ½” with a pencil.

4. Make score marks on the 4 corners as shown in the photo from center corner to outside corner of cardstock.

5. Make score marks on the 2 center squares from your pencil markings to the corner score marks as shown in photo.

6. Crease your sides up towards you.

7. Flip over cardstock and crease diagonals in the same manner.

8. Flip cardstock over again and your sheet of cardstock should look like this.

9. Pinch your center corners and pull them together to the center of your box as shown.

10. Carefully fold your box together keeping those center corners in the middle of your box. This photo should show how all your creases fold together.

11. This is what your closed triangle box will look like.

12. Now make your closing flap by cutting a piece of cardstock 3” X 6 ¼”.

13. Score your cardstock at 3 1/8”.  If your score tool doesn’t have that mark.  Then use a pencil to mark the 3” on your cardstock and then line it up with the 2” on your tool and use the 2 1/8” score mark) (Or you can just fold it in half and use a bone folder to crease)

14. Flip over again .Add “tear”ific tape to the bottom center square.  Make sure your diagonal folds are to the left and right NOT the top and bottom!!!)

15. Attach your flap so that the fold closes away from you.

16. Close your box again the same way as in steps 9 & 10.  If you keep the center space open you can fill this box with some goodies.

17. Attach velcro, magnets, etc to your flap to keep your box closed and finish decorating your box as you wish.

I hope you enjoy this cute little box and would love for you to try one of your own…  Happy Stamping!!!
