Have a coffee filter spread open on your table when you use glitters or embossing powders. It will catch the excess and make it easier to siphon particles back into its bottle. Coffee filters can be resued multiple times.
1. Run kraft cardstock through the embossing folder and sponge edges with Saddle Brown and Rich Cocoa ink. Layer onto Burnt Sienna, Golden Yellow, and a dark brown card base.
2. Use the Dry Wall Tape Technique in Tips and Techniques to create a rectangular “hay bale”, coloring the dry wall tape with permanent mustard ink and layering it on a cream card base. Sprinkle with Antique Gold and Buttercup Petal EP in place of the glitter. Heat set, round the corners, and add to the card front. Add a green die cut flourish to the bottom left side, overlapping the “hay bale”.
3. Stamp and heat emboss the pumpkin image, using Tuscan Sun EP. Color with markers, fussy cut, and add to the card front on top of the flourish.
4. Stamp the sentiment in Rich Cocoa on golden yellow cardstock and cut out with a label die. Sponge edges with Potters Clay ink and pop up on the card front with foam tape.
