Have a coffee filter spread open on your table when you use glitters or embossing powders. It will catch the excess and make it easier to siphon particles back into its bottle. Coffee filters can be resued multiple times.

1. Cut a window out of the decorative cardstock, using a label die. Emboss it with an embossing folder and distress the edges. Sponge black ink along the edges and very lightly over the embossing, then layer with foam tape on black and red cardstock on a cream card base.
2. Use a slightly smaller label die to cut out a cream label and emboss with a folder. Sponge the edges and embossing with red ink and adhere in the center of the window. Stamp the sentiment in black on cream cardstock and cut and emboss with a tag die. Trim along the embossing line to make it slightly smaller and layer it on a red tag, after sponging the edges of both with black ink. Adhere across the window with foam tap and add gold studs.
3. Emboss the fan image on the acetate (see tips and techniques) and cut out. Add glitter to the back (see tips and techniques). Add to the card with foam tape.
