Have a coffee filter spread open on your table when you use glitters or embossing powders. It will catch the excess and make it easier to siphon particles back into its bottle. Coffee filters can be resued multiple times.

Embossing Folder or Embossing Plate
Dimensional (3D) dots or tape
Rubber brayer (hard)
Rainbow Dye based ink of choice
Markers & Colored pencils
Cardstock – Teal, Navy, White
1. Cut cardstock teal (cs) to 5 ½” x 8 ½” – fold in half to form card base. Emboss white with embossing folder or plate. Use brayer to brayer rainbow ink over embossed design. Trim close to embossed edge. Mount embossed section to navy cs using Tearific tape (be sure to insert ribbon under embossed piece before attaching). Trim navy to form a small border on the left & ride sides. Mount whole piece to teal card base
2. Cut white cs to 1 5/8” x 3 1/2 and use StazOn ink to stamp Snowbirds onto lower left corner of piece. Color as desired (including area to be covered with Sparkle N Soft).
3. Using brushable glue, paint glue in each area and then pour Sparkle N Soft on; pour off excess. Allow each color to dry before switching to a different color (stray fibers from one color may attach to your other color if not completely dry).
4. Attach snowman piece to navy cardstock and trim to form a small border of navy. Attach this piece to card base using dimensional dots or tape. Tie ribbon close to snowman panel.
