To be used with our Acrylic Block Mounting System. That means that you have double stick cushion on your rubber and then you put the cling on it so it goes on and off of acrylic blocks. We actually sell CLING CUSHION that is much more simple because it is a cushion with static cling vinyl already fastened to it and you just put your stamp on the Cling cushion and you're done. Static Cling Vinyl can be stamped on and then colored with Galaxy or Permapaque Markers and put on window, refrigerator, etc. .. See example!
