| Instructions |

1. Stamp Church with coal ink onto a 3 Ό x 4 Ό piece of white card stock. Stamp again on a separate piece of white card stock and also onto a scratch piece of paper (to use as a mask). Color the bottom (largest and closest) people on the second image with markers and cut out. Do the same with the tree. Color the Church, and the rest of the people on the first image. Highlight the windows with the glitter gel pens. Add some shadows on the ground with a gray marker. Edge with a black marker.
2. Mask off the image and sponge on a little VersaMark ink into the snow areas. Sprinkle with the Shimmer powder and heat emboss.
3. Make a cloud stencil out of scratch paper by cutting cloud shapes with a pair of scallop or mini scallop scissors. Use this mask to sponge on the soft baby blue ink in the sky area.
4. With the church mask still in place, stamp the Snowflakes across the sky with the VersaMark. Sprinkle with Shimmer powder and heat emboss.
5. Attach image to a 3 ½ x 4 ½ piece of red card stock, then attach to a 3 Ύ x 5 piece of lt. blue card stock.
6. Stamp a 6 x 3 piece of textured blue card stock with the Snowflakes and the silver ink. Heat set. Cut into two pieces: first= 6 x 1 ⅛, the other= 4 ⅛ x 1⅝. Attach these to two pieces of red printed paper, each slightly bigger than the blue.
7. Cut a 4 Ύ x 6 Ύ piece of blue Christmas paper. Attach to a 5 x 7 piece of the red printed paper and attach these to the front of a 5 x 7 card.
8. Attach the long stamped blue panel down the left side and the shorter panel across the bottom as shown. Attach the image layers on top.
9. Ink the Merry & Bright image first with VersaMark then with cardinal and stamp onto white card stock. Sprinkle with the Shimmer powder and heat emboss. Use an oval Nestabilities die to cut out. Cut a slightly larger scalloped oval out of the blue Christmas paper and a larger oval out of the red printed paper. Layer together using pop dots between the blue and red layers. Attach as shown to card front.
10. Punch snowflakes out of white card stock. Coat with the glue pen and sprinkle on the glitter. Punch a star out of the blue Christmas paper. Layer all together in a pleasing arrangement and attach to upper right corner with pop dots. |
