Okay, here is another spring card, but I’m not quite feeling the spring weather yet! This card was made by one of our wonderfully talented new designers, Sandy Meier. She did such a beautiful job on this card! It is so elegant with the rich colors, and the details of the flowers and little flower on the ribbon.
